border-box;">有一次，我嗓子哑的说不出话，恰巧还要开考务会，而要讲的这节课也相对简单，于是我便想到让学生来讲这节课。我利用中午时间提前给学科代表说明本节课教学目标，教学流程，如何引入，哪里变式，怎么总结，适时提问，和同学互动等等，大胆的把这节课交给学生。同时，我给他们提出几点要求：回来后会提问他们本节课知识点，检查导学案整理情况，还会出几道题检测学习情况。</p><p border-box;">等我回来后，班长、学科代表很激动、兴奋的告诉我：“老师这节课纪律简直太好了，他们都听得很认真。”我顺势肯定表扬了了学科代表和支持他的班干部。我相信，学生做小老师，这一定会给他极大的信心，“小老师”也会对本节课内容印象深刻以及对讲课这件事印象深刻。自己同学讲课，更让听课学生感到新鲜、有趣，因为师生此时有了共同的思维、共同的逻辑、共同的语言，都会全神贯注、认真听讲，积极主动互动交流，在不知不觉中也就学会本节课内容。在之后的工作中，我比较注重培养数学小讲师，多让学生来讲，因为会讲比会做更锻炼提升学生的自主学习能力、知识运用能力、语言表达能力等。</p><p
